Chihuahua Rescue & Retirement saved 21 Chihuahua's from a trailer home, and we received 9. The dogs were used for breeding and all they ever knew were each other! They all were fearful of people. They had never been out side and when we held them over the grass, they moved their legs like they were swimming since they had no clue what grass was. They all were extremely skittish and a few were nippy. In time they opened to human affection and some were adopted in pairs, Gracie & Sage and Maddie & Lillie!
